isocu is perfect for branch lines in district heating systems with high requirements to temperature and pressure.


Pre-insulated isocu is a flexible and corrosion-free pipe. The carrier pipe is protected against oxygen and vapour diffusion. isocu consists of a copper carrier pipe and a LLDPE jacket pipe, which are bonded together into a firm unit by flexible polyurethane insulation.

isocu is a cold drawn, seamless annealed copper pipe in accordance with EN1057.

The flexible insulation and LLDPE jacket pipe provide maximum flexibility, while the multi-layer pipe is dimensionally stable during installation. The pipe is therefore easily adaptable during installation of branch lines, making installation fast and efficient.

Integrated aluminium diffusion barrier between jacket pipe and polyurethane foam ensures optimal insulation and low heat loss throughout the service life of the system with lambda values 0.0225 W/m°C.


Copper pipes – straight pipe

Pre-insulated copper pipe systems consist of a copper carrier pipe and an impact and fracture resistant HDPE jacket pipe bonded together into a firm sandwich structure by means of polyurethane insulation.

Straight copper pipes are made of cold drawn, seamless, hard copper pipes in accordance with EN1057.

The structure of the pipe reduces stress in the pipe system and minimises pipe movements underground. This ensures stability.


Leak detection system

If you require electronic leak detection in your district heating system, isoplus can deliver steel pipes with two copper wires integrated to connect with a leak detection system.
