isoclima

isoclima is a flexible pipe system made of fracture and impact resistant HDPE, particularly suited for the transport of cold water.

isoclima piping system is optimal for cold water and drinking water. isoclima pipe consists of a HDPE carrier pipe and a LLDPE jacket pipe bonded together into a fixed sandwich structure by flexible polyurethane insulation.

Efficient polyurethane foam insulation provides lowest possible heat loss and low lambda values 0.0225 W/m°C throughout the service life of the system, ensuring a cost saving solution.

A smooth LLDPE jacket pipe allows use of weldable HDPE joints. This ensures a minimum of work during joint installation. Other options are mirror welds and compression joints.
