District heating

Reliable and efficient piping systems for district heating with focus on environment and economy. isoplus supplies complete pre-insulated piping systems for district heating and helps you choose the right solution for your project.

Effective and CO2-friendly

District heating is an efficient supply that can use practically all kinds of energy sources. Heat consumption is increasingly generated from renewable energy sources such as sun, wind, biomass, biogas and geothermal energy. Thanks to their unique structure, pre-insulated district heating pipes contribute to environmentally friendly use of energy sources while reducing the emission of CO2.

A low-energy pre-insulated pipe from isoplus is effectively insulated with polyurethane foam and protected by an impact and fracture resistant jacket pipe of HDPE. This structure ensures high reliability and a constant low heat loss throughout the service life of the pipe system. Therefore, it is a CO2-friendly solution that secures low operating costs in the long run.

The right solution for your project

isoplus provides pre-insulated piping systems for many different district heating applications, such as heat transmission, distribution, solar heating and small community projects.

By choosing the correct pipe system, you ensure optimal energy-saving operation and security of supply to the consumers. The choice of pipe system will depend on a number of factors. Heat price, length of pipeline, heat density and capacity usually go hand in hand with dimension and the choice of pipe type.

isoplus’ range of products comprises all components required to provide complete pre-insulated pipe systems. A large central stock and a wide product range ensure that we can put together optimal and competitive solutions for small and large assignments.
